About Me
- Tony Mumford has been working in property maintenance for over
12 years exclusively for a commercial property owner.
He is now able to offer services to both the public and to
businesses.

What We Do
- Odd jobs around the house: picture/ mirror hanging,
door trimming and lock/ handle replacements, flatpack furniture,
TV wall mounts, sticking windows/ doors, dripping taps, blocked
sinks, hang curtain rails/ blinds.
- Bathrooms: tiling, bath and shower trays sealed, taps replaced,
grab rails fitted, full refits.
- Kitchens: worktops, cabinets adjusted, repaired and altered,
taps and drains, full refits.
- Decorating and repairs: full preparation and decorating of interiors,
touch up and patch repairs to walls etc. doors fitted, ceilings painted,
skirting fitted etc.
- Outside: fencing repairs, paving repairs and laying, shed building/ re-roofing, small landscaping projects, install handrails,
cleaning decking/ paving, painting fences/ sheds etc,
- We will undertake most jobs and if you would like something looked at
that’s not listed then please ask.
- However please note we will not be able to do anything with a fixed wiring/
electrical installation. Or anything connected to mains gas. We are willing to look at basic repairs to central heating,
but we are not heating engineers.
